Flavor & Ingredients
Our drinks swap out white sugar for zero-calorie sugar substitutes. Genki Forest sparkling water is sweetened with erythritol and sucralose, and R Tea is sweetened with erythritol. Sucralose is made by processing sugar molecules, and is calorie-free. Erythritol is made by fermenting corn, and we make sure it's from a non-GMO source.
The carbohydrates on the nutrition label, which come from erythritol, are different from ordinary carbohydrates. All of Genki Forest's products are vegan except the Yogurt Refresh Sparkling Water.
All Genki Forest beverages are GMO-free.
Our beverages do not contain any phosphoric acid.
Yes, the sparkling water and R Tea drinks are all gluten-free.
Where does the caffeine in the Alienergy Energy Shot come from?
Alienergy’s caffeine content is equivalent to about 2 shots of espresso. The caffeine contained is from both the yerba maté ingredient and the concentrated coffee added.
Why does Milk Tea show ''Cold Brew Coffee'' in the ingredient list?
We flavored our Classic Milk Tea with cold brew coffee to bring a more mellow and smooth tasting experience. The cold brew coffee added may contribute to roughly 5% of the total content of caffeine (<4.5mg) per bottle.

We love how Genki Forest drinks taste when they're ice-cold; it makes the fruity flavors shine and gives the bubbles more sparkle.
Our drinks are all stamped with a best-by date. You can find at the base of the bottle or near the cap at the top. The shelf life is 270 days for the bottled Genki Forest sparkling water; 540 days for the canned Genki Forest sparkling water; and 365 days for the bottled R Tea drinks.
Our bottle packaging is 100% recyclable. We're continuously taking steps to be conscious and do our part to minimize our production and packaging impact on the environment.
We recommend that pregnant women and people with diabetes consult their doctors on personal health needs for all food and beverage products to be extra-safe and fully enjoy it.
Can Genki Forest drinks be stored at room temperature?
Yup, Genki Forest drinks can be stored at room temp! However, we recommend keeping them in the fridge so they can be enjoyed crisp & cool.

Hold up, just checking if you had the optimal Genki Forest experience? Try chilling the drinks in the fridge for at least 12 hours for supreme flavor and fizz. If you still don’t love it, and it’s your first order, let us know within 40 days of your purchase date from our website and we’ll give you a full refund. In-store retail and Amazon purchases are excluded from our 40-Day Money Back guarantee. We're always looking to innovate and improve, so we’d love to hear your feedback and suggestions on this front!

What if I want to cancel my order?
Simply contact us to cancel an order within 12 hours after the purchase. Any completed order can not be canceled or returned after 12 hours.
What if I want to return my order?
We offer a 40-Day Money Back Guarantee — we’ll refund your first order within 40 days of the purchase date if you are not satisfied with the flavor. The estimated delivery time is about 3-4 days to the West Coast, and 6-7 days to the East Coast. Please note that delivery times may be affected during national holidays, and are subject to the shipping company's logistics. For more information, check out our web page on Shipping Policy.
